Policies & Wholesale Inquiries

Payment
  • We accept most major credit cards and payment via Pay Pal.
  • Payments are processed through our secure checkout; we never have access to your credit card details or credentials.
  • We're happy to help should you have questions prior to placing your order. Send an email  or call the studio.
Shipping
  • Shipping is via USPS or UPS on larger pieces. For time sensitive pieces we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please contact us immediately should your order be damaged in shipping. Be sure to take a picture and save the packaging so that we may initiate a claim with the shipper.
Exchanges and Replacements
  • We do not issue refunds. However, we will exchange any item that is damaged or defective upon receipt for the same item or a single item of the same value.
  • We will happily exchange artwork for another piece or a larger size should it not work in your home.
  • Exchanges require authorization. To request authorization for an exchange send an email or call the studio.
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests for exchanges made after 7 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Returns for exchange must be in their original packaging and returned to our studio within 14 days of authorization.
  • Items returned to us without authorization will not be replaced.
  • All return shipping costs, as well as packaging to prevent damage, are the purchaser's responsibility.
  • Artwork returned for exchange will be replaced as soon as possible.
  • Custom work and commissions are Final Sale.
Shipping Returns for Exchange
  • Package your Return to prevent further damage and ship it to: Martha Everson Studio, 50 Grove Street, Salem MA 01970. Don't forget to include your Return Authorization!
  • Use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your Return.
  • You will be notified via email both when we receive your Return and with tracking information when we ship your replacement.
  • We reserve the right to mitigate the cost of shipping your replacement.
  • We are happy to expedite shipping, the cost of which is due and payable prior to shipping.
Wholesale Inquiries
  • Please contact us directly with your business name, address, phone, email, contact name, and resale certificate for login credentials to our wholesale catalog and pricing.
Inquiries and Studio Visits

  • Studio visits are by appointment as we are not always here due to our show schedule. Please call or send an email to arrange a convenient time.
